Frequently Asked Questions by Importers
Q: What is the exact Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our export MOQ is 1x20GP container (approx. 8,000 reams for loose load or 7,800 reams palletized). Due to international sea freight economics, shipping less than a full container is not cost-effective for buyers.
Q: Can we request paper samples before placing a container order?
Yes. We provide sample reams free of charge for paper quality and grammage verification. Express courier freight (DHL / FedEx) is borne by the buyer and will be 100% credited against your first container contract payment.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 10 to 14 days from receipt of deposit and box artwork confirmation. Container loading is conducted immediately at the mill and dispatched to Qingdao port.
Q: Can you handle ocean freight to our destination port (CIF / CFR)?
Yes. We hold direct annual shipping volume contracts with MAERSK, COSCO, MSC, and CMA CGM, allowing us to pass competitive ocean freight rates directly to you.
